For my author friends, artist friends, and musician friends, heck even my comedian friends, please like my new page for reviews. Why do I think I am experienced enough to review others works???? Yes I am silly like 99% of the time but, I LOVE THE WRITTEN WORD. It has brought so much beauty into the world, along with talented artists who can picture that world and create it on canvas, paper, any type of media, and musicians who can make us cry, laugh, and scream (example Beatles) whenever we listen to them. Please share this on your website because I want to be able to promote other artists of all types. So if you know an artist that has written, produced, or created something you feel should be spotlighted please let them know that my rant's and reviews are open for business. Nope it doesn't cost them a penny to send their stuff to me I will read and if it is something I like I will read, peruse it, or listen to it and give my honest unvarnished opinion. Please remember this is not to pick on anyone its to help you all hone your craft to perfection. If I think it needs editing I will let you know. If you are an editor (with some books behind the belt) I will suggest your name. If you are an artist that wants to do illustrations I will promote you. (Example Allan Miller, (he illustrates for the LaFollette Press and illustrated Peyton the Queen and Jay such an awesome job!!), Shakira Jackson (she does unusual things to shoes and clothes also LOVE IT). Remember these people I have mentioned as examples have shown me their talent and I really believe in them. I have my favorite authors also so read some of their work to see if you think I would like your work also (I love everything:) David Estes, Kelley Kelly Tharp, Felicia Guillot Rogers, Jeff Salter and a bunch of others. Give me a chance to help you with your work of art, because that is what an artist produces ART in all media forms. So start sending stuff. Okay this is my rant for today and will be posted on my new page Kiki's Indie Reviews and Rants. Take care of each other, help each other, and remember tomorrow is not promised. Your friend always, oh and your very own KIKI.
